Interest in Japan continues to grow over teenager Ibusuki Hiroshi's move to Spanish Segunda Liga Girona. Just 17, the striker won a pro deal with Girona after successful trials in December.
Hiroshi's move has made a big impact in Japan and Girona president Josep Guso said: "He's a player who is one for the future. He has great potential."
The striker, who turns 18 on February 27, has signed a four-year contract with Girona and will be enrolled at the local University to help him learn Spanish and Catalan.
"This a dream come true," said Hiroshi, "and now I will do all I can to repay everyone's support of me."
