Jan Vertonghen has announced he's leaving Tottenham.
With his contract about to expire, the Belgium international has taken to social media this morning to confirm his plans.
Vertonghen posted: "My time in the club is over. It's a sad day for many reasons. I will miss the friends I have made here, the club's staff, playing at the fantastic new stadium and the club's fans.
"We have had many indescribable memories together. But for now, it's a goodbye."
Vertonghen joined Spurs in 2012 from Ajax and made 315 appearances for the London giants.
