James Horsfield earns Man City chance

James Horsfield was part of Manchester City's squad for their draw with Leicester City.

Horsfield is homegrown and has been with City since the age of 11.

He hails from the Hazel Grove area of Manchester and signed as a first year scholar in July 2012.

He has captained the Under 16 and Under 18 sides and is well regarded as a strong passer of the ball and a good penalty taker.

The 20-year-old had a spell on loan at Doncaster earlier this season and made three appearances before being called back by City.
