James Rodriguez is convinced Everton can clinch a top four finish this season.
The Blues have only finished in the Premier League's top four on one occasion but missed out on qualifying for the group stages after a controversial decision from Pierluigi Collina saw a Duncan Ferguson goal - that would have taken their play-off with Villarreal go into extra time - disallowed.
Asked if Everton could make it into the Champions League, the Colombian midfielder told BT Sport: "That is exactly what I want.
"This year I'm watching the Champions League from home and that's something I don't especially like doing.
"I think we've got what we need to be there next year."
