Everton defender Phil Jagielka hopes to see the club open their chequebook in the summer market.

"I see we've been linked to some players," he said. "I'm sure we won't be getting 10 players in but two or three quality ones to add to the squad.

"I can't wait to get myself back to business but I'm excited to see who comes in."
