Bradford boss Peter Jackson is being patient as he attempts to bring in the "right sort of player" to the club in time for the new season. Jackson, installed as permanent boss last month, has so far completed two summer signings.
Jackson said: "There are still seven or eight weeks before the start of the season, so we're confident we have time to secure the targets that we're after.
"It's clear that not all of our planned signings are going to be in place for the start of pre-season training next Monday - they may come in as late as the end of pre-season - but it's important to make sure we get the right sort of player in."
