Italy coach Roberto Mancini admits he struggled with the weather abroad when working at Manchester City and Zenit St Petersburg.
The former Inter Milan boss returned to Italy to take the national team job last year.
He said, "I lived for years in Genoa, while I grew up on a football level at Bologna and will always hold that city close to my heart too.
“It was good in Manchester, despite the constant rain. St Petersburg is a truly beautiful city, but a bit too cold for my liking. To be honest, the thing I missed the most about Italy was the sun. When you're away from home, you miss more or less everything."
