Italy coach Cesare Prandelli isn't panicking after yesterday's friendly defeat to Ivory Coast.
No Italy Coach has won his first game since Dino Zoff in 1998, while in 2004 World Cup winner Marcello Lippi lost his opener against Iceland.
"I hope it can be a good sign. We knew it was tough to create a side in four days, but the lads gave all they could at this moment," Prandelli told RAI.
Kolo Toure scored the only goal of the game at Upton Park this evening, while Marco Motta hit the upright.
"We need to work with a relaxed attitude, calm and enthusiasm. The fans let us know tonight they are behind us and we must believe that we can improve a great deal."
