PSG star Neymar and Barcelona have ended their court dispute, it was announced this morning.
Since leaving Barca in 2017 for a world record €222m, Neymar has been demanding outstanding bonuses of up to €40m, which has led to a court dispute. However, the Brazilian and Barca have now settled things outside of court.
Barca announced today: "FC Barcelona informs that it has reached an extra-judicial and amicable agreement concerning the various ongoing disputes with the player Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior.
"The Club and the player signed a settlement agreement in order to put an end to the legal actions pending on both sides: three industrial complaints and civil proceedings. Neymar defended Barça's colors between 2013/14 and 2016/17. He then joined Paris Saint-Germain, a club where he still plays."
