Isco must drop his personal demands to land a move away from Real Madrid this summer.

Marca says Real directors have encouraged Isco to find himself a new club this summer and the player has accepted his time with Madrid is coming to an end.

However, Isco will have to accept a major cut on his current salary as agents have fielded little interest due to his contract demands.

The Spain international has just over a year to run on his contract.
