West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine insists he'll have final say on transfers.
Albion have already snapped up eye-catching free transfers Craig Gardner and former Wolves centre-half Joleon Lescott.
"There wouldn't be a situation where a player came in that I didn't want," said Irvine.
"Clearly there will be players who are out of our reach financially or in terms of contracts or where they want to play.
"But in terms of the players who are in our reach, it wouldn't make sense for them to come in without me rubber-stamping it."
