Manchester City midfielder Stephen Ireland admits they felt "robbed" after Saturday's 2-2 draw at Liverpool.

Ireland was on the scoresheet for the result, City's sixth draw in a row.

The midfielder said: "Looking back from the end of the season we will probably see it as a good result but right now we feel a bit robbed. We worked hard, played well, went ahead and conceded two early. Very unfortunate and we are very disappointed but I think it could have been a lot worse and looking back from the end of the season I think a draw might be ok for us."
