Investcorp have made it clear that AC Milan must not consider offers for Rafael Leao.
The Bahrain-based investment fund are in advanced talks to buy Milan from Elliott Management.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says renewing Leao's current deal is a priority for Investcorp once their purchase is complete.
The striker's contract runs to 2024.
The plan is to triple Leao's salary to €4.5m and extend the agreement to 2026.
