Patrick Vieira's return from injury at Inter Milan has suffered a setback.

"It has been a long, frustrating and difficult time because I had one injury after another," he told Sport24.com after it was confirmed he would miss Inter's training camp in Dubai.

"I would have preferred to pick up one serious problem and know I was going to be out for five or six months then return to full fitness rather than have this series of disappointments."
