Inter Milan midfield ace Wesley Sneijder is on Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's radar.
With a move to Manchester United now unlikely - and having been turned down by Manchester City - Sneijder could get his England move with Chelsea.
The Mail on Sunday says should Abramovich be rebuffed again by Tottenham for Luka Modric, he could make a move for Inter Milan's Sneijder.
Inter want Chelsea winger Florent Malouda plus £27.5m.
