Former Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku says the club are "going in the right direction".

The Belgian departed Old Trafford last summer for Inter Milan, where he has excelled this season.

The Red Devils are still fighting for a top-four place, and remain alive in the FA Cup and Europa League.

He told an Instagram Q&A session when quizzed on his former club: "They are going the right direction.

"It's a process, but they will get there."
