Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio is eager to extend a deal for Joao Cancelo.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Ausilio is prepared to double Cancelo's current wages to €3m salary.

And he will also enter talks with Cancelo's parent club, Valencia, about renegotiating his permanent option - which is currently set at €35m.

Ausilio could, however, instead extend the loan for another season.

Cancelo's agent, Jorge Mendes, is also fielding interest from the Premier League.
