Inter Milan ace Lautaro Martinez was delighted with victory over AC Milan.

Lautaro struck twice for the 3-0.

"That's who we are. We work every day to put Inter on top, we want to continue like this, we are very happy," the striker told DAZN.

"We fight all together, we suffered a lot this season, with the eliminations from Coppa Italia and Champions League. This is the only target left for us and we are happy to be on top of the table.

"Lukaku has still room for improvement. He is young, he works hard on and off the pitch. He is a great person and we are happy to have him with us."
