Inter Milan have told Diego Milito he is a required player for next season.

As he recovers from a serious knee injury, Milito attracted an enquiry from Argentina's Racing Club, which was given short shrift by Inter.

Inter president has no intention of allowing the veteran to leave before his contract expires in 2014.
