Inter Milan have released a statement denying the club is up for sale.

It's been suggested owners the Zhang family are seeking a majority stake holder.

But in a statement, Inter declared: “With regard to the rumours reported today, specifically referring to the possibility of FC Internazionale Milano being sold, president Steven Zhang categorically denies these false claims and stresses that they are entirely baseless."

Corriere dello Sport says the Zhang family has given the mandate to Rothschild Bank to find new minority shareholders for Inter, but the owners do not rule out the possibility of selling the club.
