Inter Milan are willing to offer Joao Mario in a bid for Manchester United attacker Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Corriere dello Sport says Inter boss Luciano Spalletti had been torn between Mkhitaryan and Gerard Deulofeu as which player he felt would be better suited to his side.

But he has decided to go for Armenia captain Mkhitaryan.

And United's interest in midfielder Mario could help lower the price.

Inter had been expected to splash the cash last summer, but were restricted due to financial fair play.
