Inter Milan are pushing to at least secure first refusal on Internacional defender Juan.
The 20 year-old has the been the subject of an intense transfer battle between Inter and city rivals AC Milan.
While no deal has been struck, Inter have edged ahead of the Rossoneri in negotiations with Internacional.
Globoesporte says Inter hope to secure at least an option on Juan to prevent him being lost to a European rival.
