Inter Milan president Steven Zhang feels they have the club on track for silverware.
Zhang is about to complete his first year as Inter president.
“We have a great Coach and as a club we've supported him 200 percent," he told reporters after he was elected to the European Club Association's Executive Board.
“We had the transfer window we did because Inter must be aiming for the top. We ask the players to express their feelings, commitment and Nerazzurro hearts.
“Our vision requires us to always be in the Champions League. We're participating for the second year in a row, but it'll always have to be this way. Our objective is to stay at the top.
“The fans and the history of the club deserve it. However, our Coach has only been here for 100 days.
“We've also bought lots of young players and, even if everyone would like to win the Scudetto and the Champions League, you need to give yourself time to work and be patient.
“The results will come. I said that two years ago and that's how it's gone."
