Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has cast doubt on their bid for Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano. Moratti says the Premiership club's valuation of the Argentine is just too much for the time being.
He said: "Mascherano? No, not at these levels," he stated. "Signings of this nature are just not possible now, especially given that we haven't sold anyone.
"It's the same situation for Sculli. If we don't sell then we won't buy. After all, we don't have the need for new players."
