Inter Milan are in talks to sign Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie.

The Ivorian only moved to Barca last summer from AC Milan, but has struggled to settle in Spain.

Tuttosport says Inter have now opened talks about a loan deal for Kessie in January.

The big obstacle for Inter is Kessie's €6.5m salary.

However, Inter still hope to take Kessie on-loan so long as Barca contribute to his wages.
