New Inter Milan assistant coach Dejan Stankovic has welcomed the arrival of Nemanja Vidic.
The former Manchester United captain played alongside Stankovic for many years with the Serbia national team.
"He was the best defender in the world for two years and he is still one of the best," enthused Stankovic.
"He is a serious person, a great football player and a leader. What have I told him about Italy? The organization, the tactics."
Stankovic continued: "Have you seen the movie Braveheart? I do not know how many times I have said: 'Nemanja, think about your health'.
"He has so often injured his forehead or nose because he always managed to fly in without thinking."
