Inter Milan have made an offer for Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.
The Guardian says Inter have made a £3.4million bid for Giroud.
Inter have finally submitted an offer for the France international, who has made just five Premier League appearances this season.
However, Chelsea are apparently unwilling to accept such a low offer despite Giroud entering the final six months of his contract.
It's said Frank Lampard wants £8.5m to let the 33-year-old leave Stamford Bridge this month.
But it's unclear if Inter is willing to pay that for effectively a third-choice striker, with Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez leading the line in a 3-5-2 system.
