Inter Milan legend Beppe Bergomi says coach Simone Inzaghi can be proud of his first season in charge.
Inter are two points behind Serie A leaders AC Milan going into the final game of the season.
Bergomi told Sky Italia: “In the summer, after the farewell of (Antonio) Conte and three very important players, many were struggling to see Inter in the top four.
“Well done Inzaghi: there was a period when Inter were unplayable for any opponent.
"Then the congested calendar and the desire to leave no stone unturned in every competition between January and February took away a lot of energy. A price the team paid."
