Inter Milan are interested in Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen.

The Daily Mail says the Belgium star, who turned 27 last week, will not be short of suitors should he leave White Hart Lane this summer.

Barcelona and Roma have also considered the former Ajax captain, who is back in full training following an ankle injury and completed 90 minutes for Tottenham Under 21s in the 4-2 win over Reading at Stevenage on Sunday.

Inter have already signed Nemanja Vidic from Manchester United.
