Inter Milan are in talks to sign Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal.

Sport says Inter are willing to offer Vidal a three-season deal on a good wage but Barca need to lower the transfer price.

Inter don't believe the €20m Barcelona are asking for is fair. For his age and the fact there's only a year left on his deal. They also don't want him to be involved in any deal for Lautaro Martinez, the Inter striker Barca crave.

Lautaro's release clause is €111m and Inter don't want to lower that. Negotiations are open and there is a good feeling between both sides, so there is hope of a deal.
