Inter Milan hero Andy Brehme believes they're still capable of winning the Scudetto.

Brehme admits the weekend derby could be decisive to Inter's chances.

He told Interista: "Inter are now chasing and against Atalanta in the Coppa Italia they played very well. I'm optimistic for Sunday evening, I think the Nerazzurri can do well.

"As far as the fight for the Scudetto is concerned, realistically Napoli have a good chance of winning it, having a 13-point lead, which is a lot. But in football everything is possible and I continue to hope that my Inter can do it."

On Lautaro Martinez, Brehme also said: "It is a constant joy for me to observe and follow Lautaro's growth. I think the World Cup has taken him one step further, now he is a true leader of the group, at the centre of Inter's game."
