Tottenham Hotspur star Erik Lamela remains on the transfer shortlist for Italian giants Inter Milan, according to reports from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter have been admirers of Lamela for quite a while now and it was reported recently that club Vice-President Javier Zanetti had been scouting the Argentinean international during the recent Copa America Centenario competition in the USA.

Now according to reports from Italy, Inter have placed Lamela third on their list of transfer targets behind Lazio's Antonio Candreva and Sassuolo's Domenico Berardi, and the Italians are continuing to consider a move for the 24-year-old if they are unable to land one of the aforementioned pair.
