Inter Milan are finalising a deal for Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge, according to Italian sources.
Corriere dello Sport says the England striker wants an adventure abroad, meaning Newcastle and West Ham will have no shot, so the Reds have been forced to negotiate with the Nerazzurri.
Sturridge will command an initial €2m (£1.75m) loan fee, with a €28.5m (£25m) fee in place to turn the loan into a permanent move.
The move should give the 28-year-old a chance at making Gareth Southgate's England squad for the 2018 World Cup.
