Inter Milan hope to announce the Bosman signing of Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic before Saturday. Vidic is off contract at United in June and has settled on terms with the Nerazzurri.
Agreement has now been reached on a lucrative three-season deal that will send the 32-year-old into retirement on a high, in terms of status and earnings, at another of Europe's most famous clubs, says the Daily Mail.
Sources in Milan believe an announcement is imminent on a contract that will be portrayed as being for two years, with an option for a third, but is effectively for three seasons.
