Inter Milan GM Marotta calls for loan changes as Man Utd, Chelsea stall deals

Inter Milan GM Beppe Marotta says the loan laws need to be upgraded.

Manchester United striker Alexis Sanchez and Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses could be recalled before the end of the Serie A season.

Marotta said, “We wanted to bring this season to an end. We know there could be more injuries and there are some anomalous situations in legal terms, such as loans, that should be regulated and there are clubs who do not entirely agree.

“We are faced with having to engage in effectively extra transfer negotiations. There ought to be a rule giving players the right to complete the tournaments they started.

“I hope FIFA or other authorities will soon take action to regulate this issue."
