Inter Milan are ready to pounce for Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
City boss Pep Guardiola declared before victory at Crystal Palace that Gundogan is refusing to pen a new deal.
With Inter watching, the manager said: "Gundogan would not play if there was a reason not to let him play.
"He does not want to prolong with City so he would not want to play, but he plays. I make decisions on the ground based on what I feel at that moment.
"I know how it works, people judge by the results: when we win I go well, when we lose I don't go well."
