Inter Milan are believed to be on the verge of finalising a £15million deal for Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic.

The Daily Mail is reporting that face-to-face discussions have already taken place between the Serie A club and Jovetic's representatives about a potential move.

Inter are believed to favour a loan deal for the Montenegrin, who has been told he is no longer part of Manuel Pellegrini's plans at the Etihad Stadium. However, City is understood to be eager to redeem a portion of the £22million they outlaid to bring Jovetic to Manchester from Fiorentina in 2013.
