Inter Milan defender Davide Santon has suffered a fresh injury setback.

Santon barely set foot on the field last season and underwent surgery on a damaged meniscus ligament in his knee.

He was expected to make his comeback next week, but pulled up during yesterday's test with the youth team.

Santon limped to the touchline holding on to his knee and was visibly upset.
