Inter Milan defender Francesco Acerbi admits they've underachieved this season.

Acerbi understands fans being unhappy with their inconsistency.

He told DAZN: "I think it's right to say positive things, such as the Super Cup or the Champions League quarter-finals.

"We can even succeed to go to the semifinals. They are all matches within our reach. We have to give the merits that are always forgotten, but we also have to look at the other side.

"We have had too many ups and downs. We could have had 10 and 12 more points in the standings."
