Former Inter Milan chief Lele Oriali was shocked by their dismal performance in defeat to Bologna.

Inter president Massimo Moratti took the unusual step of walking out at half-time during tonight's 3-0 home defeat to Bologna.

"This performance was inconceivable," said former director Oriali, who did say until the end.

"I cannot understand how we can throw away a season like this. I don't think Thiago Motta's departure can be the sole reason for all this.

"I have to take some time to recover from this shock before I can make a clear-headed analysis."
