Inter Milan coach Frank de Boer insists Mauro Icardi is staying after their International Champions Cup win over Celtic.

De Boer only took over a few days ago from Roberto Mancini.

“I'm happy we got a good result too, but the most important game is next weekend. Now we have a week to prepare for our trip to Chievo.

“We'll get better from week to week, but the next game is the most important one and the first league fixture is always one of the trickiest."

De Boer was also asked about Napoli's €62m offer for Argentine hitman Icardi, who is also of interest to Chelsea and Arsenal.

“Mauro is staying with us because he's a hugely important player."
