Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte was happy to see Christian Eriksen off the mark for their Europa League win at Ludogorets.

Inter won the first-leg of their round 32 tie 2-0 thanks to goals from Eriksen and Romelu Lukaku.

Conte said, “I'm happy for him, goals always bring confidence. Christian just needs to keep working to get back to full fitness, to rediscover the brilliance of his best days at Tottenham.

"He can do even more than what he showed us tonight, but we're very happy because we know what he can bring us. In any case, I'm focused on what's best for Inter, so I'll look to put him in in the right way and at the right time."
