Inter Milan chief Javier Zanetti have held a first summit with new coach Antonio Conte since his appointment.

In Madrid for the Champions League final, Conte sat down for lunch with President Steven Zhang, Vice-President Zanetti and Suning Group founder Zhang Jindong – Steven's father.

“It was a very important meeting so we could get to know Antonio," Zanetti told reporters.

“We are really pleased with this encounter. Now we can start preparing for the new season."
