Inter Milan chief Marco Fassone has welcomed their deal for Marcelo Brozovic.

The Dinamo Zagreb midfielder is set to complete his transfer today.

Fassone remarked: "Brozovic? He's a great player. Midfielder of quality, an international, with the prospect of growth, which is very important.

"He suits the type of players requested by the president.

"Tomorrow we will complete everything to make him available to (Roberto) Mancini from Wednesday."
