Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti could be rested for the next two games after his heart scare on the weekend.
Zanetti was rushed to hospital after feeling chest pains during the defeat of Palermo.
He was given the all-clear, but tests today showed "post-traumatic pneumothorax (of a mild nature) and the captain is therefore unavailable for Wednesday evening's Serie A Week 4 match against Bari."
Medical staff "prescribed a week's rest," so it's likely Zanetti will also miss out on the next game against AS Roma on Saturday night.
