Stoke City have missed out on Inter Milan winger Victor Obinna.
Obinna continues to travel the world after spells at Malaga and West Ham United.
"He has signed a four-year contract with Lokomotiv Moscow," confirmed agent Valentino Nerbini on TMW.
The Nigeria international had also been interesting Stoke and Everton.
