Inter Milan and Cagliari are this week discussing the future of Lorenzo Crisetig.

Crisetig is currently on-loan with Cagliari and expected to remain with the Serie B club next season.

However, Inter want to restructure the loan agreement as they shake-up their squad numbers.

Inter would prefer Cagliari take the 22 year-old midfielder on a two-year deal, which would include a buy-back option should he impress.

Cagliari, however, are reluctant to commit to such an arrangement at this stage.
