Dejan Stankovic says leaders Inter Milan will be even stronger in the second-half of the season.

The midfielder is currently enjoying a sunshine break in Abu Dhabi with the rest of Jose Mourinho's squad but has declared the club's intention to return in January revitalised.

Stankovic said: "Here in Abu Dhabi it is all good, and I am sure working in the warmth does us good. We have programmed training sessions and a friendly match, that will be enough to fill up our fuel tank with energy.

"The second part of the season waits for us and it is important that we face it at our best.

"I am suspended for the trip to Chievo, therefore I will have some extra days more than my companions in order to improve my condition, but everyone must know already that Inter wants to get going again quickly."
