Inter Miami striker Gonzalo Higuain has no doubt they're keen to bring Leo Messi to the USA.

Higuain expects Inter Miami to make a move for the PSG star eventually.

The pair are former teammates and clashed in the LaLiga when Higuain was with Real Madrid and Messi with Barcelona.

"Don't get me in trouble," Higuain told ESPN. "I have no idea if Leo can come to Miami or not. I still have one year on my contract and I think Leo has signed for 2 or 3 years in Paris.

"The club wants him, we'll see. At the end of the contract I will take a sabbatical, away from football and everything."
