David Beckham's Major League Soccer (MLS) expansion franchise Inter Miami have signed a UK£180 million (US$234.3 million) sponsorship deal with Qatar, according to UK newspaper The Sun, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.
The Athletic first reported last month that Inter Miami were in discussions with the Middle East state, with the top-tier partnership reportedly covering kit sponsorship and naming rights to the club's Freedom Park stadium when it opens in 2022.
The Sun's new report says the deal will see Qatar's logo displayed on the team's kits and merchandise, as well as throughout their stadium.
Inter Miami play their first MLS game against Los Angeles Football Club on 1st March.
